Jutsu Effects[]
A genjutsu that causes the opponent to think and move half as fast as he/she would normally. This is done by making time move twice as slow within the opponents nervous system by infiltrating it like any other Genjutsu.

Heavily weakens most opponents.
Weakness:[]
This Genjutsu creates a bubble of a 5 yard radius around the user, and focusses on only one target inside said radius. The Genjutsu only remains effective inside the radius.
