My name is Alastor.. Alastor Aburame. I'm not very nice if you ask anyone they could tell you I dont play very nice, so if you would be so nice. You would leave me the hell alone. Within the home all the way to the left in the village hidden in the leaves was Alastor within his father's room after he was killed in the war, Alastor was given his room from his mother who took a vow of silence after Alastor father died. He stood punching the punching bag that was held in his father's room, His hands remain close to his face, taking a very orthodox boxing stance. His base isn’t very solid and his arms leave his face wide open to be hit. This would show that Alastor has a small understanding of how to PROPERLY fight, but what cames next would show that he isn’t all size and no substance. With a strong thrust of his left arm he hits the back with a mighty powerful left uppercut body shot. The impact of his knuckles driving into the hard heavy bag would lift the bag up a bit to the point that the chain holding it from the roof begins to rattle. The impact of the pouch creates a loud echo throughout the home like a small mini-thunder release. Each time Alastor hit the bag his mind went back to a distance time when his father was still alive all these memories he was left with, it wasn't fair. Keeping his head low and centered to the bag, he follows that up with another speedy right-handed uppercut body shot that creates a similar effect to the first punch. "It's not fair! Why were you, weak Dad.Why weren't you strong enough!" After being hit with such a strong force, the bag would move around side crashing into his father's closet. What came next caused Alastor eyes to widen a scroll, this could be his answer to be strong, with nothing else holding him back Alastor raced off from his home heading to the Hokages statue.
Mai was in her room, just staring at the ceiling with blank, dull green eyes. Her mentor was on yet another mission, and her aunt had got to visit her daughter in another village. This left Mai all along. Sighing internally, she tried to think of all the good things that had happened to her, but the memories of those times before her mentor saved her came back once more. The dark room, the beatings and other horrors she wished to forget flashed past her mind’s eye. Fear began to grip her, as it usually did when she remembered those things, making her shoot up in the bed and quickly put her shoes on. Grabbing the pouches with her ninja tools in them, she walked out of the empty house. Walking through the streets she again tried to think of other things, but her past perused her relentlessly. Soon she was jogging, then she was running. Avoiding bumping in to anyone she rushed through the village, heading towards the hokage’s mountain. Reaching the top she stood on one of the heads and looked down at the village hidden in the leaves. “Such a place filled with light, should not hold a person fill with such darkness and sin such as I.” She muttered aloud. If one were to see her, it would look like she was thinking of jumping. She wasn’t but not because she didn’t want to. She couldn’t jump. If she did Hiaate would be sad. Sighing softly she let the wind blow through her short auburn hair.
Sitting on the second Hokage's stone would be Alastor pulling out the scroll and laying it across the rocky surface Alastor at first performed the hand seals to active said scroll. Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger his hands now being coated in chakra but the very second he was about to slam his palm into the scroll his eyes caught wind of a female attempting to jump? //Oh great, Don't tell me I have to play hero? I really hate being nice it's like pulling skin with me. But oh well.// Picking up some small rocks Alastor attempted to chuck one of the small rocks at the back of the female aiming to get her attention if it did it's job Alastor making his way towards her would rub the back of his head. "Hey! Can you commit suicide in an hour or two just not when I'm here I just fond this pretty cool scroll and you ending your life would really ruin my day.." Saying this with a cool and relax tone Alastor really did have no care in the world for anyone well being expect his own since his father died, and his mother stopped speaking with him he now goes by the motto "Everyone can be replaced."
Getting hit by a rock made the girl’s eye twitch for a second, then she was back to her emotionless expression. Turning to look at the other male, she simply raised an eyebrow thinking, “Jump? Wait an hour or two? Is that what it looks like? A scroll? I wonder what is on it.” Lowering her eyebrow she spoke, her voice soft and smooth, but smoky at the same time. “I wasn’t going to jump, and If I was it wouldn’t matter if you were here or not. Though, since you hit me with a rock, maybe you should apologize by showing me the scroll. We could train together, maybe learn whatever’s on it quicker and then be out of each other’s way.” Moving away from the edge she walked over to him, not really caring about the rock, just wondering about the scroll. Her face was still emotionless and her eyes looked dead and dull, their green color darkened to a blackish green.
Walking with the boy over to the scroll, she read it twice then nodded when he said ladies first. Closing her eyes she took out one of her kunai, then concentrated on focusing chakra into her feet. Placing her left foot on the tree, she adjusted the flow of chakra a bit, then put her other foot on the bark. Keeping her eyes closed she got two more steps up before she felt her chakra flow weaken, where she opened her eyes and dug the kunai in the bark, making a slash. Flipping in the air she landed on her feet and looked back at the male. “Your turn uhhh…?” She had forgotten to ask his name, so she stood there for several seconds staring at him. “I am Mai.” She finally said, then waited for him to try it.
Hearing her inform him of her name Alastor chuckled to himself as he said "That's nice to know." Not even telling her his name, Alastor was what you called a mystery he really didn't like people. His living situation was one to blame seeing he had only himself his mother who can't even look her only son in the eyes after losing his father. He felt she blamed him he even blamed himself for being too weak and too young to go fight out there himself. Then seeing her give it a try Alastor watched and examined how she did it and once she was done, Alastor smirked seeing her progress. "Nice try Pumpkin but I'm going to knock this out." Clapping his hands together Alastor begun to channel the chakra within his body to conceal around his two feet as a light blueish color could now be seen surrounding his feet he gave it a second before stretching. Without anything holding him back Alastor ran off towards the tree leaping high to get his balance Alastor was now running up the tree his mind filled with all these thoughts of him actually doing it he lost control falling on his back not even passing Mai's slash. The moment he fell he slammed his fist into the ground. "Too weak."
The boy not giving her his name didn’t seem to faze Mai outwardly, but inside she was frowning. To not give one’s name, when they offered theirs was just rude in her opinion, but she wasn’t going to dwell on it. After all, once they mastered this scroll, they would go their separate ways. Watching the boy, after he said he would master it, she couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at the corners of her lips when he didn’t even reach her mark. “So much confidence, yet no follow through.” She thought as her face turned blank again. Hearing his words about being weak, she couldn’t stop what she said next from coming out. “Then get stronger. No use for a ninja who won’t give it everything they have. As rude as you are, I still think you can do it, after all you’re the one who found the scroll, and let me train with you. I wouldn’t want to be bested by some suicidal freak if I were you.” With that she once more focused the chakra in her feet and moved up the tree. She now got one step higher than last time, and marked where she stopped before pushing off and landing in a crouch. “Your turn again boy.” She said, calling him by his gender since she didn’t know his name.
As Mai talked she sounded more and more like his mother back when she did speak to him telling him to keep moving forward never looking back. But the thing was Mai wasn't aware of Alastor never giving up status he did not know when to quit. Back when Sora threatened to snap his leg Alastor did not quit every time his back is against the wall Alastor gets this fire within him that he can't right out explain. But this fire fuels him to where he feels like he could do anything. :As rude as you are, I still think you can do it, after all, you’re the one who found the scroll and let me train with you. I wouldn’t want to be bested by some suicidal freak if I were you.: //Great I'm getting advice from an unstable Genin with emotion issues. What's next a rouge Ninja trying to turn himself in to get his own reward money?// He watched her getting farther and farther while he did not even make one inch close to hers. Clapping his hands together for the second time. Alastor begun to channel the chakra within his body to conceal around his two feet as again a light blueish color could now be seen surrounding his feet. Alastor then ran off towards the tree leaping high to get his balance first he was wobbling but then he seemed to get it his mind still thinking about everything from his mother and father till his situation right now. But he did not allow that to stop him reaching two steps higher than her mark Alastor would then instead of using a Kunai to make his mark he would form his hand around with Chakra before sending a major punch into the trunk causing a dent. But the moment he had done this the light color around his feet vanished and as gravity took its toll Alastor slammed against the floor again groaning in pain. Slowly sitting up he would look over to Mai as he said "Funny the ironic thing about it is you may not be suicidal but I can tell but your expression and how you hold yourself you've went through an experience that changed you." If she would ask him how he knows he would reply "Because so have I."
She watched him, as he seemed to be thinking about her words, then watched as he got up and ran up the tree, getting higher than her. Smirking in her mind, she was actually glad her words had challenged him, though she didn’t show in any way. Then he spoke to her, saying how it was ironic that she wasn’t suicidal, but had gone through something. She did ask how he knew that, and was a little shocked when he told her he had experienced something too. Not wanting to pry, but wondering what it was she simply asked, “What was it, if you don’t mind me asking.” Mai hated when people tried to get close to her, or asked about her past, But something about this boy made her feel like she wasn’t alone. So she was willing to risk telling him what her experience was, if he told her his. Turning her eyes to the tree she walked calmly up it after focusing the chakra in her feet, and managed to get one step above his dent. Slashing the tree then jumping down the looked at the boy once more. “You don’t have to tell me.”
The death of someone very close to me I'll rather skip the details." Alastor had said in mid way up the tree his body having perfect balance as it seemed he was getting the hang of it after all. But then he thought long and hard this is how everywhere Genin trains for this type of chakra control he wasn't like every Genin, Alastor saw himself as someone greater and better. Leaping down to face Mai Alastor scratching the back of his head pointed towards the Hokage statues. (http://i.imgur.com/7q0UM2U.png?1) "Tell you what. Lets race down this rocky thing the first person to reach the ground will get to hear about the losers experience while the winner gets to stay with what he or she's really is underneath. How does that sound Pumpkin?" This would be a excellent way of challenging their chakra control with the pace of their speed mix with them trying to fuse it with Chakra this would be for sure a tough one for both sides. "Fuck it I'll even toss in my name if you win Pumkin."
Mai listened as he said he lost someone, and didn’t want to talk about it, then nodded in understanding. Hearing his challenge when she was half way up to her last mark, she went as high as she could than hopped down. Looking at him for a couple seconds she again nodded. “Sure why not, if one of us falls though, I am blaming you.” She said in an attempt to make a joke. Not sure if it worked she walked to the edge of the stone faces and gathered the chakra in her feet. Picking up a rock, she showed it to him when he was next to her, then said “We’ll both start when we hear the rock hit the ground.” After that she threw it behind her and waited. The moment she heard it hit the ground she stepped over the edge and began running down, no fear in her posture what so ever. “Hope you can keep up. And don’t call me pumpkin, that’s not my name…”
Mai growled when he ran before the rock hit the ground, actually growled. Then he had the nerve to call her pumkin again. For once her irritation showed not just in her eyes but in the scowl on her brow. Letting gravity do it’s thing, she soon caught up to him. Running beside him she kept pace for a moment as she said, in a sickly sweet voice, “Eat my dust, sugar.” Before she sped up and full on ran down the mountain. Her speed and gravity made it hard not to trip, but she managed, keeping her mind on the chakra flowing to her feet. She really was getting annoyed at the guy. First he throws a rock at her, then cheats in a challenge he proposed. And to top it off he wouldn’t stop calling her pumpkin! Though, when she thought about it, she was actually enjoying herself. It was fun, racing this strange male, and she hadn’t had fun in a long long time. Seeing the bottom getting closer she didn’t spare a glance at the boy as she pushed herself harder, sweat forming on her brow and the back of her neck.
//Maan why do I always get the crazy chick?// Alastor thought to himself as he rushed down one foot after the other, his jet black hair flowing wildly with the wind as he rushed down, gainning on Mai as he allowed his arms to spread out to his back. "Awh it seems I struck a nerve Pumkin well I'm sorry to cut this short but I have a race to win!" Just as he shouted out towards her Alastor now leaped down now soaring down with incredible speed his jacket flapping with the gust of winds that took place. It was the very second Mai would've land on the groudn to notice Alastor already leaning on the rock scarcthing the back of his head with a cheesy grin a grin that not most people seen on this Genin face in years. "Sooo I like to hear bad experinces with some food so how about we walk and talk Pumkin?"
When she reached the ground, she was about to call up to the boy, but noticed him on a rock. It was when she saw him that she did something not even her mentor had seen her do. She laughed. It sounded strange to her, but she couldn’t help it. After a few seconds she gained control once more and nodded at the boy, admitting defeat. “You paying?” She asked as she dusted her pants off and gave him a slight scowl. “And I told you not to call me that. My name is Mai, not pumkin.” She said, though her annoyance was lost as her voice still held some cheery notes in it.
"Not to call you what? Pumkin? Got it.. So Pumkin, lets here this story." Alastor would say walking down a slope alley way with both hands placed behind his head. He felt a bit drainned after learning some Chakra control so he thought maybe a little walk would even things out. Turning over to Mai he awaited for her to share his experince if she had done so Alastor would listened but before she could really think on it he would go in his pocket and chuck another rock at her. "I was thinking maybe we should save this for another time. To be honest I dont want to feel my normal grumpy self remember why I'm this way, I kind of wanna finish enjoying this good day what about you?"
Mai growled again as the boy ignored her request to stop calling her pumkin. Then she looked up at the sky, thinking of were to start. But before she could open her mouth she was hit by another rock. Frowning she glared at the boy, her eye now a forest green instead of dull. “You can stop throwing things at me as well.” She muttered before nodding. “Yeah sounds good, but you promised food, so your gonna treat me to some.” She said, a small barely noticeable smile upon her lips.
"Sure..I'll trea..." Before Alastor could even finish a loud bell could be heard all the way from the last house of the left of the village even from this distance Alastor could hear the calling. The calling of home a place that didn't feel as home as one may think it was his calling to come home, there's always something getting in the way of happiness. He thought to himself before tuning to Mai instead of chuckling rocks at her he raised his hand his smile now turning back to his blank expression he always held. "There's something I must do, We should do this again sometime.." Alastor said racing off not even a by but in mid way he would stop not even turning to her as he said. "Alastor.. My name is Alastor. Cya around Mai." Alastor would say racing off towards his home his image now becoming less clear with every future step he took.
Mai heard the bell and wondered what it meant, but before she could ask the boy was running off. A small wave a sadness hit the girl, but she didn’t show it. Her face remained with the small smile. Then the boy called back to her. He not only told her his name, but called her by hers. When she heard this her smile reached her eyes as she called back, “See ya Alastor.” She then turned, and as she did so her expression went back to a blank expressionless one, and her eyes returned to their dull murky green color. Walking back to her own home, she couldn’t help but feel a little better, her memories of the past long forgotten and replaced with the memories of the fun she had had that day.
