Binding Soul Compulsion[]
Using this technique, the user is able to command the wraiths that are under the user’s control to perform any action from the simplest of tasks to performing simple jutsu that the wraith may possess. The command is made verbally to the wraith and then sealed with touch of the user’s blood upon the lips of the wraith or wraiths summoned to do the deed, binding them to the action until dismissed , destroyed or full filled.
The jutsu that would be able to be performed by these wraiths would be simple natures (ie. water, earth, fire, etc.) and only as high as the level assigned for each Shinobi Rank.
